Visitors to this year’s Parade of Homes in the spring of 2003 are in store for a treat: an authentic rendition of an Italian villa, now being constructed by McCarthy Builders at Halifax Plantation.
Scott McCarthy, a local builder of custom luxury homes and a preferred builder at Halifax Plantation, recently bid for and won the right to build the 2003 Showcase Home.
